My experience was with well-known companies and brands like Energizer, Husqvarna, Spectrum Brands, Philip Morris, and others. I have implemented revenue growth principles that accelerate margins faster than sales through disciplined pricing architecture, focused portfolio management, and strategic go-2-market decisions. My experience includes leading North America operations including sales, marketing, operations and more.
I got pulled into the world of smaller companies and North American startups advising them in the launch. I took on a project as President of a global company that wanted to accelerate their own brand after years of creating products for others. This company didn't have the luxury of an established budget, brand recognition, or a large sales force. What they needed most was the right activities to focus on with speed, a clearer roadmap for their portfolio and services, a more direct relationship with the customer at the right levels, and a relentless obsession with economics. Together, we grew revenue over 190% and improved our company profitability, all in under a year.
Today I run Distribution and Revenue Growth Partners LLC — within this business I have a fractional executive business and a business coaching and consulting practice built for small and mid-size companies ready to grow.
